- Russell Holland Added December 12, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Poor customer service. Waited 30 minutes only to be told staff would not accept email with scanned copy of referral. No sign at reception advising that original referral required. Was asked to provide original because "our email system is only for internal emails". Had to travel all the way home and back again then join the end of the queue as no appointments taken for this type of x-ray. Seriously! Referrals are probably scanned for filing when handed over so makes no sense. Need to get with the times and adopt technology and improve their customer service. I doubt I was first to turn up here with only electronic copy of the referral.
